Statement on
Accessibility
Our Commitment
Our goal is to provide you – regardless of your individual needs – with unrestricted access to our digital offerings.
Status of Compliance with Requirements
Implemented Measures
We have already implemented the following measures to improve your accessibility on our website:
Responsive Web Design: Our website is optimized thanks to responsive web design for different output devices (smartphone, tablet, desktop computer). The content elements are automatically prepared so that you can read them as easily as possible and adapt to the respective display size. In addition, we have ensured sufficient contrast in the design.
Keyboard Operation: You can navigate the main menu using the keyboard (Tab key, arrow keys). Interactive elements are accessible and usable via keyboard.
Structure and Semantics
- All pages have meaningful page titles
- The language of the page is declared in the markup
- The HTML markup used is standards-compliant
- Headings are mostly structured hierarchically
- Links have meaningful labels
Accessibility for Assistive Technologies
- Alternative texts for informative images
- Sufficient color contrasts
- Support for screen readers
Non-accessible content
The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons:
- Incompatibility with accessibility regulations
Texts and comprehensibility: We strive to write our texts largely without abbreviations and foreign words and avoid cumbersome sentence constructions. If you find any text unclear, we kindly ask for your feedback.
Contrast issues: Isolated contrast issues are limited to: individual small areas that do not diminish your basic understanding of the website, cookie banners that overlay existing content, and external content from third parties.
Multimedia content: Not all videos have subtitles or audio descriptions.
PDF documents: Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible.
Disproportionate burden
- Third-party content: Our website partially uses content and services from third parties (e.g. online booking systems). We cannot make a full statement regarding the compliance with accessibility regulations for this content, as it is outside our control.
Legacy content: Retrofitting all existing content, particularly older PDF documents and multimedia content, would constitute a disproportionate burden. - Alternative contact options are available to you:

The complaint form of the FFG
The complaints will be examined by the FFG to determine whether they relate to violations of the requirements of the Web Accessibility Act, particularly deficiencies in complying with accessibility requirements by the federal government or an entity assigned to it.
If your complaint is justified, the FFG has the obligation to give recommendations for action to the federal government or the affected legal entities and propose measures to eliminate the existing deficiencies.
With the coming into force of the Accessibility Act (BaFG) on June 28, 2025, you can address violations of accessibility requirements to the social ministry service as the market surveillance authority.
